The Friends of Thomas Lowry Park have been inspired by our namesake’s quote since our incorporation as a non-profit organization in 2008. Many people have given selflessly to this group throughout the years... securing planting of new trees, installing two stately floral urns, adding additional planting beds, expanding the irrigation system, and planting and maintaining many shrubs and flowers. Funds raised from the capital campaign (2019-22) ensured the complete renovation of the seven pools, paver paths, and landscaping.
